Not All Wired Headset Can be in Common With Different Brands Mobile Phones

Maybe have two different brands mobile phones Tyrant friends should encounter such a situation , obviously the headphone jack size of  phone is 3.5mm , but two of the original cell phone headset can not be universal each other!
Like suitable for NOKIA mobile phone headsets and headphones for the iPhone is incompatible, while iPhone, HTC and  Meizu whose original headset are able for PC. Maybe we have doubted that whether the phone device have problem. Don't worry. The reason is different standard headphone plug .

According to the different earphone interface standard , the headset industry divided them into N and i- version Headset. N-version Headset generally applicable to NOKIA, MOTO, OPPO, BBK and other mobile phones, and i Headset are suitable for iphone, HTC, Meizu phone and PC, MP3 and other digital devices. Both sets of standards are not compatible, if not compatible with the phone, there will be no sound or headphone cable can not be used etc..
 



Then what are the different between N and i-version Headset ?
On the market there are a lot of 3.5mm headphone connectors, these headphones connectors are mostly three-stage structure, from left to right into the left channel, right channel and ground.

N  and i-version  Headset also have a 3.5mm  standard version, why they can apply to different types of mobile phones, it is precisely because of their different joint design, N and i -version have a 4-stage version of the pin structure , N headset from left to right is the left channel, right channel, Micro and ground. While i version headset from left to right is the left channel, right channel, ground, Micro.

So N version headset and i version headset are not compatible because of their different Micro and ground position . At that time, the case of improper use of headphones will not work properly.
 

If this situation happen and how to solve ? You can not always be prepared two headphones. With current level of technology advances, the Bluetooth function also gradually become more mature, then the problem have been solved .
 

As long as you have a cell phone with bluetooth-enabled , regardless of the system, regardless of brand ,  a bluetooth stereo in ear headphones can be fully compatible!

If you are using two phones at the same time or shortly will have two phones, I suggest you choose a headset with two bluetooth functions. Because they can simultaneously connect two phones, you can choose the one at random, do not take two headphones, also do not afraid headphone cable is not compatible.
